This week I have been on spring break and decided to do some light spring baking! My friend Samara ( instagram.com/samgb77 ) and I decided to make some fun spring cupcakes, which turned out great! They tasted and looked amazing! I also took some photos which also turned out well! My favorite part of the winter season is the lovely snow and beautiful ski slopes. Skiing is one of my favorite winter activities, because it's a great way to get outside and exercise during the cold winters, it's fun to do with friends and the views are incredible. I've been skiing for about 7 to 8 years now and this year I started bring my camera with me to take some photos of my experiences, the beautiful mountains and trails. There have been so many amazing YouTuber books brought out these last few years and I am so happy for all of them to share their stories. But, my favorite YouTuber book I have read definitely has to be Connor Franta's book "A Work in Progress." Connor is such an inspiration to so many people and it makes me so happy the he shared his whole life story with his viewers. First, I want to give a little background information on Connor. Connor Franta was born on September 12, 1992 in Wisconsin, then his family moved to Le Crescent, Minnesota. Connor started to college at Saint John's University and complete two years, before deciding to focus on YouTube full time. Now Connor is a full time YouTuber with many other accomplishments, like starting a brand and creating many compilation albums, which were all amazing! Even though its technically not Summer yet, its been in the mid 80's for the past couple weeks, so I qualify that as Summer! Late Spring/Early Summer is my favorite time of the year, it's just getting sunny, the lilacs (my favorite flower) and other flowers are blooming, and people seem to just be happier.  Summer scents are always my favorite, because they tend to be so light and fresh. As recommend by  +Zoella  I had to go into The Body Shop and check out the Piñita Colada scent line. Obviously, I absolutely love the Body Butter, but the whole line smells fantastic. Being able to open the doors of my house and let the natural, crisp air flow through my house makes me very relaxed and happy, adding on to why this time of the year is amazing.  Summer fashion is also great, because it can be so stripped down and casual.
